2. What we process
We process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, order content, and submitted files (CAD models, sketches, photos). If you consent to statistics cookies, pseudonymous usage data is also processed, such as pages visited, session statistics, approximate location, browser, and device information. We deliberately do not send form content, contact details, files, or personalised product text to statistics.
3. Cookies and site statistics
We use essential local-storage entries to remember language, theme, saved projects, cart, and cookie choice. They are not used for advertising. The statistics tag loads with analytics and advertising storage denied by default; before consent it does not set analytics cookies but may send limited technical signals without cookies. Only after your consent may the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_* be set to distinguish users and sessions. We limit their lifetime to 180 days and do not enable advertising storage, signals, or ad personalisation.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to fulfil an order (contract), answer enquiries and protect the operation of the Site (legitimate interests), and meet accounting and tax requirements (legal obligation). We use site statistics only with your freely given consent to evaluate use of the Site in aggregate and improve the customer journey.
5. Recipients and data transfers
We use service providers for handling enquiries only to the extent necessary. After consent, statistics data is sent to the service provider Google. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards for international data transfers. We do not use statistics data for ad personalisation and do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
Order data is kept for 5 years after completion to meet accounting requirements. Contact-form messages are deleted after 12 months if there is no further correspondence. Statistics cookies last for up to 180 days; retention of reports and event data is additionally governed by our statistics-service settings and the provider's terms. We retain the consent choice until it is changed or the consent version is updated.
7. Withdrawing consent and your rights
At any time, open “Cookie settings” in the site footer to reject statistics cookies or consent again later. After withdrawal, we stop future statistics transmission and attempt to remove the statistics cookies accessible to the Site; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You may access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv). Contact marti@shapify.eu.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep systems in a protected environment, and limit data access to authorised people and necessary service providers.
