1. General
These terms govern the use of the website shapify.eu (the Site). The Site is operated by IK SKArt, registration No. 40002213586, registered address: Muldavas iela 12 - 27, Dobele, LV-3701, Latvia (Shapify, we, our). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Shapify provides 3D printing, CAD design, and small-batch manufacturing services. We offer both ready-made catalog products and custom-engineered solutions.
3. Orders and pricing
All services and prices listed in the catalog are an invitation to submit an offer. An order becomes binding only once we have confirmed it in writing (by email). Prices are in euro (EUR) including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, design, code — belongs to Shapify or its partners and is protected by copyright. By submitting files (CAD, STL, sketches) to us, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to authorize their manufacturing.
5. Liability
Shapify is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site unless required by law. Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
