1. 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers (natural persons buying for personal use) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. This only applies to ready-made catalog products.
2. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) individually made or customized goods (custom orders) — such goods are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold; (b) goods that no longer retain their original condition.
3. How to exercise it
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to marti@shapify.eu with your order number and intent to withdraw. Return the goods to Muldavas iela 12 - 27, Dobele, LV-3701 no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
4. Refunds
We will refund within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice (or from the return of goods, whichever is later), to the same payment method you used. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
5. Defects and warranty
If the product is defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace or refund — your choice. Defect warranty is 2 years under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Act.
