1. Shipping methods
Within Latvia we ship via Omniva parcel lockers (€3.90), DPD courier to your door (€5.90), or in-person handoff in Dobele by arrangement. Within the EU we ship via DPD or DHL — price depends on weight and destination.
2. Delivery times
For catalog products, the lead time is shown on each product page (typically 1–5 business days after payment). For custom orders the timeline is agreed individually, averaging 48–96 hours from confirmation.
3. Payment methods
We accept: bank transfer (VAT invoice), Revolut, and cash by arrangement. Card processing will be added later. For B2B clients we offer net-14 terms by arrangement.
4. VAT and invoices
All prices on the Site include VAT at 21% unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued electronically to the email address provided. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, invoices are issued without VAT (reverse charge mechanism).
5. Damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening and contact us within 48 hours at marti@shapify.eu. We will claim compensation through Omniva/DPD insurance.
